• theft of a vehicle, or loss of any property/goods
• identitiy theft
• theft of personal information
• damage to your computer, including viruses, or any harware or software damage
• any other damages which may occur

Cars-sale.co.za is intended to be used as a free classified listing for selling and buying cars. Any other advert, including auto parts or anything auto related that is not a car will be deleted. If your advert is deleted, your IP address may be permanently banned, preventing you from accessing the site.

Any advert that seems to be spam, breaks any of the terms andconditions, or any sort of fraudulent or spammy advert will be deleted at the discretion of cars-sale.co.za without any notice or prior warning.
